We do not just collect and deliver CVs, we thoroughly screen the profiles and our experts talk to the candidates to understand whether they fit the requirement. Once we are confident only then we share the CVs with our client so that our client can save their time and cost.
Our Selection Process: Choosing the Right Candidate for the Right Position
- Understanding client needs and the job requirements
- Deploying appropriate search options to populate qualified candidates
- Qualifying and pre-screening the candidates
- Interviewing the short-listed candidates; language skills evaluation, oral, written, software testing and behavioural profiling, as required
- Scheduling Interviews and presenting select candidates
- Conducting reference checks, managing candidate expectations and preparing the finalized candidate for a successful start
- Post-placement follow up with the candidate
