• Understanding client needs and the job requirements
• Deploying appropriate search options to populate qualified candidates
• Qualifying and pre-screening the candidates
• Interviewing the short-listed candidates; language skills evaluation, oral, written, software testing and behavioural profiling, as required
• Scheduling Interviews and presenting select candidates
• Conducting reference checks, managing candidate expectations and preparing the finalized candidate for a successful start
• Post-placement follow up with the candidate
